Incentives to hire highly qualified teachers:
The Esmeralda County School District offers incentives for the hire of highly qualified teachers including but not limited to the following:
- Signing Bonus
- Low Cost ($350, $250) or Free housing for ASO's (not including utilities)
- Free Internet for school housing.
- District vehicles for district-wide positions.
SIGNING BONUSES
The District is offering signing bonuses for Licensed Teacher(s) which will be paid upon completion of one full year of employment.
